Covering parts of six counties in Texas with a team of just three, Hickory Underground Water Conservation District faced mounting pressures to maintain transparency and meet evolving compliance requirements. The district also realized major cost efficiency. “Even if we wanted to hire someone to manage the site and social media, you can’t pay someone what we pay for Streamline to do all of that,” Deans said. “With Streamline, it’s like having another employee for a fraction of the cost.”
