About the Role

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager at Streamline, you will drive the growth and success of our website platform for local governments through effective demand generation, branding, and communications strategies. Your role will involve creating compelling marketing collateral, optimizing our online presence across various channels, and managing marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, and email marketing. This position requires a strong background in Saas B2B marketing, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to develop and execute integrated account-based marketing strategies.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive demand generation and lead acquisition for our website platform within special district segments.

  • Create engaging and informative content assets such as blogs, white papers, case studies, webinar and video scripts, and guides to support thought leadership and generate interest from target audiences.

  • Maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials and channels.

  • Optimize our online presence through effective SEO strategies, ensuring our website ranks highly in search engine results and drives organic traffic.

  • Leverage social media platforms, specifically Facebook, to engage with our target audience, build brand awareness, and drive engagement and conversions.

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and support customer retention efforts.

  • Utilize events and partnerships to generate interest and develop marketing strategies for our attendance and engagement at industry conferences.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer pain points and create targeted messaging and campaigns that address their specific needs.

  • Collaborate with sales on sales enablement marketing collateral that effectively communicates product value and benefits.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Data Analyst to track and analyze marketing campaign performance using data and analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What Have 

  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in B2B marketing.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation strategies, including lead acquisition and conversion optimization.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content assets.

  • Experience with SEO techniques and tools, and the ability to optimize website content for search engines.

  • Familiarity with organic and paid social media campaigns for B2B marketing.
    Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and conversion optimization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
