As the systems engineer you will own all of our internally used systems, be the administrator of these tools, and be responsible for evolving systems to meet the ever-changing needs across the company. Responsibilities include working interdepartmentally with our teams to assess systems, determine problems, and provide solutions to issues that arise. To be successful in this position, the systems engineer should be a highly motivated, results-driven individual who can create the perfect solution for our organization's higher-level needs. The best candidate will also be an excellent listener and communicator, with the ability to explain why their solutions are the best fit for us.
Develop a systems architecture plan.
As a member of the engineering team, you will speak to and collaborate with the functional leads across Streamline (Marketing, Sales, CS, etc.) during a system's creation and maintenance.
Create control features and upgrades by managing cross-functional projects to ensure systems continuously meet the organization’s quality standards.
Engage in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational.
Ensure that our organization’s systems are operating at maximum efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues when they arise.
Bring dashboards and company insights to life for leadership and department.
Document these systems and integrations for posterity.
What You Have:
Proven track record of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems.
Good communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face) are essential.
Proven ability to work interdepartmentally with a variety of stakeholders and develop solutions to achieve company-wide objectives and goals.
Hubspot knowledge is required.
Familiarity with Stripe, Slack, and Zoom, are a bonus.
