The Marketing Coordinator works directly with the Director of Marketing and interdepartmentally to implement the external communications strategy for Streamline in the United States. You will create communication and marketing materials and will be responsible for assisting our Director of Marketing in creating Streamline’s blog, product, and sales content. This position requires someone with strong writing skills, the ability to adopt Streamline’s voice and visual brand, and the ability to analyze and adapt a marketing strategy. There will be a focus on writing industry content from general thought leadership, to legislation and special district policy. As a Streamline employee, you will embody a GSD (get stuff done!) culture while maintaining a strong work-life balance. This opportunity is fit for those who are self-motivated, and would happily join a “Laws and Claws” collaboration session (interest in local government and White Claws a plus).
Create industry-standard, thought leadership copy in response to U.S legislative policy and planning for special districts
Bring our products to life, and tell the Streamline story through product, value-focused content
Partner with sales to create and manage marketing campaigns
Participate in the creation and production of support materials for the company’s various internal and external audiences (brochures, kits, posters), fairs and events, and corporate branding
Create monthly multimedia content
Measure and analyze the impact of marketing strategies and actions, and readjust according to the results and evolution of the market
Ensure the consistency of the company’s image across all communication, print and web media, and events
Design and edit graphics for web, social, or print as needed
Follow industry trends (experience with local government a plus), and research new marketing opportunities
Event and travel planning and project management
Participate in events and accompany or represent management when traveling
