The Head of Sales at Streamline is all about helping us take our growth trajectory to the next level. Fresh off a capital infusion, we are looking to aggressively execute our expansion strategy and need you to lead it.

  • Streamline already has over $1M ARR and grew 9% in the past 60 days, poised to accelerate to 100%+ YoY growth.

  • Our product-market fit has been proven (our churn is less than 1% annually) and has held steady as we have grown.

  • With more than 700 customers and 8M+ monthly page views across our sites, Streamline is transforming the technology stack of local government, specifically the 40,000 special districts in the USA. (More than 85% of America lives in a district that provides them with essential services: water, power, parks, fire protection, and more.)

  • You’ll be a key member of our leadership team, working closely with the founder/CEO, COO, board chair, and director of marketing to develop, implement, and execute your hand-crafted sales strategy, leading a team of 2 AEs and 6 BDRs to success, and expanding the team.

  • We need someone who is a big thinker with high EQ and an entrepreneurial bias. This role is ideal for someone with SaaS sales management experience, a track record of hitting sales targets, a love of getting hands-on with HubSpot reporting, cold calls, and process design, and genuine excitement around hiring, collaborating with, and developing a world-class sales team.

  • Your mission, should you choose to accept: To architect and build a sales organization that will get us to 10% of the US special district market (4,000 customers) by the end of 2024.
