How to check if your website meets new Section 508 accessibility standards (coming January 2018!)

On January 18, 2018, all local government organizations must meet new federal guidelines for website accessibility defined in Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act.

Just as buildings must have wheelchair ramps, websites must also accommodate those with visual and other disabilities. Fortunately, it’s easy to check if your site meets these standards. We’ll walk through these new requirements, and we’ll show you how to use free testing tools to verify your level of compliance with both current and upcoming standards.

This 45-minute webinar is designed for district general managers, staff, and board members.
